How long does it take to process my order?
All items are made to order. Processing time is typically 1-3 days before shipping.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes. Click on our custom orders tab or send a message through the contact page with your idea and we will let you know what is possible.
How long does shipping take?
After processing, shipping usually takes:

What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will send a replacement or refund.
Do you offer exchanges or refunds?
At this time we do not offer exchanges or refunds unless your items are damaged from delivery. Please double-check your order before purchasing.
Do you offer bulk or event orders?
Yes. We happily accept bulk orders for events, parties, team gifts and special occasions.
Bulk pricing may vary based on product and quantity. Please contact us before purchasing so we can provide a custom quote and timeline.
